God is up to something big.
This isn't a cliché or just some statement filled with hyperbole to get your attention. You see it in the news. But most importantly, you can feel it in the Spirit.
At Project Thrive 21 we take very seriously what God declared in Isaiah 55:8-9.
"'For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,' declares the LORD.
'For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts.'"
The global response to a pandemic has altered the course of history in ways that few people understand. It has exposed the vulnerabilities in the economic, social, and geopolitical structures man has created over the last century. As they begin to shake, our longsuffering God is not standing by, waiting for man to solve the resulting problems with a "Great Reset."
No, He has initiated something with much greater consequences for humanity. A "Great Restoration" is underway of the world's economic and political systems that will enable followers of Jesus to offer humanity an alternative - to once again embrace man's failed ways, or to adopt God's ways of building communities, nations - and His Kingdom.
Project Thrive 21 is a non-profit 501(c)3 focused on joining God to restore the biblical principles of cooperation, stewardship, abundance, sustainability, and "building Equity" as the foundation for local economies. When adopted, these principles unleash families and communities to experience the abundant life that Jesus modeled when He walked the earth:
- Serving others over self.
- Valuing relationship over stuff.
- Improving the lives of the those most vulnerable among us.
We have a once-in-a-century opportunity to create a paradigm shift in how the local economies are structured so that these five "Principles of Community Building" can empower citizens to thrive in the 21st century and beyond.
What You Will Find Here
We do not propose a subtle shift in marketplace interactions. It is instead a transformative shift in how followers of Jesus practice creating, managing, and exchanging value. We provide the resources needed to make this transformation at both the head and heart level.
One of our key principles is cooperation. Therefore, rather than try to duplicate the great work that is already being done, we partner with ministries and businesses who then come together to provide the know-how each community requires to successfully make the transformation to this new way of living.
This is a long-term project. We are engaged in a multi-generation journey to see all citizens of earth enjoy the fruits of stewarding Creation to restore building Equity as the foundation for freedom and prosperity. Our team will help you create and execute a strategy specifically tailored for your community.

About the Founder of Project Thrive 21
Doug Tjaden was born and raised in rural southwest Nebraska. While his roots are grounded in farming, he has been blessed to have led an incredibly diverse life. He is a private pilot and has earned a black belt in martial arts. He owned a small tech company before serving ten years as a pastor of a small fellowship. He's also served on the board of directors of a small business and a small non-profit.
The operative word here is "small."
History is clear. During times of uncertainty, decision making moves away from centralized governments and organizations and to leaders in local communities. In other words, in today's world "small is the new big." Leaders and citizens in local communities are being empowered like never before. For the first time in decades, if not centuries, they have an opportunity to embrace innovative new systems that will unleash the abundant life that Jesus came to give all of mankind. As a member of the The Statesmen Project Founder's Group and Founder of Project Thrive 21, Doug is committed to helping them succeed.
